About Us

Spreading Smiles, Empowering Lives

Partaz Enn Sourire is a registered non-governmental organisation (Reg. No. 16996 – Registrar of Associations), officially recognised as a Charitable Institution by the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA) and fully CSR registered under NSIF/2025/0011. Rooted in the belief that creativity, community, and compassion can transform lives, we work across youth empowerment, education, arts, sports, and social inclusion to create sustainable change in Mauritius. From mural festivals to life skills education, from grassroots sports to anti-drug campaigns, we are building a movement—one smile at a time. We operate with one purpose: to inspire a generation of empowered, responsible, and purpose-driven young Mauritians

Our Mission

 To empower young people and
communities through creative expression,
education, leadership, and wellness,
building a healthier, more inclusive, and
inspired society

Our Vision

A Mauritius where every child and young person has the opportunity to grow, lead, and shine—free from social threats, fuelled by purpose, and surrounded by community.

Vijayetha Jhurry

Founder & CEO

Vijayetha Jhurry is a Mauritian changemaker who turned personal hardship into a mission of compassion. Raised in a modest family, she overcame financial struggles and social exclusion, excelling in school while working small jobs to support her household. After years in the corporate world, the 2020 lockdown became a turning point. Isolated and deeply reflective, she chose a life rooted in empathy and service. This led her to co-found Partaz Enn Sourire in 2022, an NGO dedicated to bringing joy and dignity to vulnerable communities. Today, she devotes herself to projects in elder care, education, and youth empowerment—believing that small acts of kindness can create lasting impact.
